These terms apply when you buy from the CloudStride online store. Please read them with our delivery, returns and privacy pages.

Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Standard delivery in South Africa is free. The total you pay, including any optional extras, is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Your order

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

See our shipping and delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and warranty

You have a 7-day cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, a 6-month quality warranty under sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, plus our free size swap and 60-day comfort trial. Details are on our returns and comfort trial page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African law.

Product information

CloudStride shoes are comfort footwear. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Information on our site is general comfort guidance, not medical advice. If you have diabetes, a medical foot condition, or ongoing pain or swelling, please speak to a healthcare professional.

Reviews

We publish genuine reviews from verified buyers, including negative ones. We may remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal information or are not about the product.

Security

Payments are processed by secure payment providers using encryption. We do not store full card details.

Complaints

Please contact us first and we will try to sort it out quickly. You may also contact the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
