Quiz and question answers
The questions on our site (for example how your feet feel at the end of the day, or the fit quiz) are answered in your browser and saved only on your own device, so we can show your answers back to you and suggest a size. They are not sent to us or stored on our systems. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails or messages if you have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our online store platform, payment providers, couriers and email tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and other information only as long as we need it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact us at [Support email: to be added]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
