A quick question
What does a long day do to your feet?

You told us .
You're not imagining it. Many people notice their feet spread and puff up a little over a long day, especially standing on hard floors in the heat. A shoe that fits at 7am can pinch by 3pm, and that squeeze is a lot of what you feel by the evening.
That is why CloudStride is cut wide at the front, with a strap you can loosen as the day goes on.
Going a size up adds length, not width. Your toes still pinch and your heel slips. A wider shoe in your real size is the better fix.
Insoles add support but take up space. In a shoe that is already tight, they make it tighter. Roomier shoes leave space for your foot first.
The goal is simple: get to the end of the day without counting the minutes.
Morning heel discomfort can have many causes. Comfortable shoes are one part of the day, but if it keeps happening, please see a doctor or physio.
Comfort guidance, not medical advice. CloudStride shoes are not a medical device. For ongoing pain, swelling or numbness, see a healthcare professional.
How do your feet feel at the end of a long day?
Slide to your honest answer. Nobody sees it but you.
Good news. If your feet feel fine at the end of the day, your shoes are probably doing their job and you may not need us. Keep doing what you're doing.
You're far from alone. Feet tend to spread and puff up a little through a long day on your feet. Shoes don't. By the afternoon the same pair is squeezing a bigger foot, and that is the ache you feel walking to the car or the taxi.
When it gets to throbbing, it is worth looking at what your feet live in for 8 hours or more. Room at the front and a fit you can loosen in the afternoon can make the last hours of the day feel very different.
Comfort guidance, not medical advice. If your feet hurt most days or swell a lot, please see a doctor, physio or podiatrist.
How many hours a day are you on your feet?
One tap. It helps us point you to the right fit.
Shorter days still add up, especially on hard floors. If your shoes pinch by the end of them, room at the front is what to look for.
That is a long time on your feet. After hours of standing and walking, feet tend to spread and swell a little. A shoe with room at the front and a strap you can loosen keeps up with that, instead of squeezing harder as the day goes on.

Yes. CloudStride is run by a team in South Africa. Our company name, registration number and address are at the bottom of every page, as the law requires, and a real person answers WhatsApp (Mon to Fri, 08:00 to 17:00).
Honest answer: if your shoes get tight and sore as the day goes on, room at the front and a strap you can loosen is exactly what these are built for. If you have a medical foot condition, check with your clinician first. Either way, you get 60 days to wear them to work and decide.
It is not cheap. Delivery is included, the size swap is free, and you have 60 days to send them back if they're not for you. If a R300 pair has let you down before, that is the difference you are paying for.
No problem at all. Take your time.
