Fair. Sizing is the biggest worry with any shoe bought online. Do the 5-tap fit quiz, and if the size is still wrong when they arrive, we swap it for free and pay the courier both ways.
Yes. CloudStride is run by a team in South Africa. Our company name, registration number and address are at the bottom of every page, as the law requires, and a real person answers WhatsApp (Mon to Fri, 08:00 to 17:00).
Honest answer: if your shoes get tight and sore as the day goes on, room at the front and a strap you can loosen is exactly what these are built for. If you have a medical foot condition, check with your clinician first. Either way, you get 60 days to wear them to work and decide.
It is not cheap. Delivery is included, the size swap is free, and you have 60 days to send them back if they're not for you. If a R300 pair has let you down before, that is the difference you are paying for.
